Use of the Site

The Site provides information about office copiers, printers, supplies and related sales, leasing, rental and service options in Southwest Florida. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false or misleading information through its forms.

Product information and specifications

Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided for general information. Specifications are taken from manufacturer sources and may change without notice; configurations, options and availability vary. Product images may show optional accessories. Confirm the exact model, configuration and specifications in your written quote before you rely on them.

Quotes, pricing and agreements

Information on the Site is not an offer to sell, lease, rent or service equipment. Prices, lease payments, rental rates, service rates, page allowances and delivery arrangements are provided only in a written quote. A sale, lease, rental or service arrangement becomes binding only when both parties sign a written agreement, and that agreement’s terms control over anything on the Site.

Leases are subject to approval by the leasing company and to the terms of the lease agreement. We do not guarantee lease approval, specific terms, equipment availability, or service response times unless they are stated in a signed written agreement.

Quote request forms are provided by 360Connect, a third-party service, and are subject to the terms and privacy policy presented in the form. Third-party websites and services

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including the online supplies store at copierpartsandtoner.com, mapping services, manufacturer websites and social media. We are not responsible for their content, products, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Trademarks and content

Kyocera, Xerox, Ricoh and other product and brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the equipment we sell, lease, rent or service. Their use does not imply endorsement. All other content on the Site, including text, graphics and the JR Copier name and logo, belongs to JR Copier or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warranties for equipment, if any, are those provided by the manufacturer or stated in your written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JR Copier will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
