Accessibility Statement

JR Copier wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find information about office equipment and request quotes and service on swflofficeequipment.com. This statement describes what we do, where we know the Site falls short, and how to reach us if something doesn’t work for you.

Our goal

We aim for the Site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We work toward that standard as we add and update content; we have not had the Site independently audited, and we do not claim full conformance.

What we have done

The Site was built with accessibility in mind, including:

  • Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, landmarks and a skip-to-content link
  • Text alternatives for informative images
  • Keyboard access to navigation, menus, filters, dropdowns and the quote form dialog, with visible focus indicators
  • A quote dialog that keeps keyboard focus inside while open, closes with the Escape key, and returns focus when closed
  • Colour contrast chosen for readability, with information not conveyed by colour alone
  • Layouts that work when zoomed and on small screens, and reduced motion for visitors who request it in their device settings
  • Product filters and results counts announced to screen readers

Known limitations

Some parts of the Site come from third parties and may not be fully accessible:

  • The quote request form is provided by 360Connect inside an embedded frame; we do not control its markup
  • Embedded Google Maps on the contact and city pages, and the Mapbox service-area map on the locations page; every city shown on the map is also listed as a text link on the same page
  • Manufacturer specification sheets and other external sites we link to
