Quote request forms (360Connect)

Quote request forms on the Site are provided and hosted by 360Connect, a third-party service, and appear inside an embedded frame. Information you enter in those forms is collected by 360Connect and handled under its own terms and privacy policy, which are presented in the form. The form may ask you to agree to be contacted about your request by phone, text message or email.

Information collected automatically

The Site itself does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or first-party cookies, and it does not store information in your browser.
